1. Eligibility: The Fortune Wheel Campaign is open to individuals who are 18 years or older. Employees of Arcticstartup Events and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Information Collection: To spin the wheel, participants must provide their name, mobile number, and a valid work email address. By participating, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Failure to provide a valid work email after three attempts will disqualify the participant from spinning the wheel.
3. Spin Limitation: Each participant is entitled to spin the wheel only once. Multiple spins by the same individual, including attempts using different email addresses or other means, will not be allowed and may result in disqualification.
4. Discount Code Redemption:
If you win a discount through the Fortune Wheel, the work email address used to spin the wheel must match the one used during the registration or purchase process. The discount code obtained is unique, non-transferable, and tied to the individual’s IP address and work email address. It cannot be shared or used by any other person. The discount code can only be redeemed by the same individual who earned it during the wheel spin. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in Arcticstartup Events taking action, including but not limited to converting the associated ticket(s) to full-price tickets and imposing a €100 administration fee per ticket (e.g., if a €200 discounted ticket is converted to a €500 full-price ticket, you would owe €300 plus a €100 fee), or voiding the ticket(s) without issuing a refund:
- Using a discount code obtained by another individual, whether or not the participant spun the wheel.
- Using any discount code without participating in the Fortune Wheel Campaign.
- Using a discount code other than the one assigned to you after spinning the wheel.
5. Prohibited Sharing and Unauthorized Use of Discount Code:
The discount code obtained through the Fortune Wheel Campaign is strictly non-transferable and intended for the personal use of the individual who earned it. Sharing, obtaining – Sharing or using a discount code obtained by another individual, or using any discount code without spinning the wheel, is strictly prohibited. If a discount code is shared, used by another person, or used without authorization (including by individuals who did not spin the wheel), Arcticstartup Events reserves the right to take action, including but not limited to: (a) converting the associated ticket(s) to full-price tickets and imposing a €100 administration fee per ticket (e.g., if a €200 discounted ticket is converted to a €500 full-price ticket, you would owe €300 plus a €100 fee), or (b) voiding the ticket(s) obtained with the discount code without issuing a refund.
6. Exclusive Use of Discount Code: The discount code obtained through the Fortune Wheel Campaign is exclusive to this promotion and cannot be combined with any other ongoing campaigns or offers unless explicitly stated otherwise by Arcticstartup Events. The following actions are prohibited and may result in the discount code being deemed invalid, with Arcticstartup Events reserving the right to either: (a) convert the associated ticket(s) to full-price tickets and impose a €100 administration fee per ticket (e.g., if a €200 discounted ticket is converted to a €500 full-price ticket, you would owe €300 plus a €100 fee), or (b) void the ticket(s) without issuing a refund:
- Attempting to use the discount code in conjunction with other promotions.
- Using a discount code obtained from another individual, whether or not the participant spun the wheel.
- Using any discount code without participating in the Fortune Wheel Campaign.
7. Discount Validity: Discounts won through the Fortune Wheel Campaign are valid for a limited time only. Please refer to the terms provided with your discount code for specific expiration dates and redemption instructions.
8. No Cash Value: Discounts won through the Fortune Wheel Campaign hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
9. Modification or Termination: Arcticstartup Events reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Fortune Wheel Campaign at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through our official channels.
10. Privacy: Participant information collected during the Fortune Wheel Campaign, including name, mobile number, and work email address, will be used solely for the purpose of administering the campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent. 11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Finland.
By participating in the Fortune Wheel Campaign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
