Mikko Möttönen Co-founder, Professor IQM Mikko is Chief Scientist, Co-founder of IQM Ltd. He is also an Associate Professor (tenured) of Quantum Technology at Aalto University and VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd. IQM is the European leader in quantum computers.

We build quantum computers for research laboratories and supercomputing centers. For industrial customers, we deliver quantum advantage through our unique application-specific co-design approach. Mikko´s specialities are Nanoelectronics: superconducting, metallic, and semiconducting circuits (experiments/theory), Quantum computing (theory/experiments) and Bose-Einstein condensation (theory).
