Ilona Gulchak Chairperson of Board Commercialization Reactor Fund Ilona has an MBA. She is an executive and an entrepreneur with extensive experience in finance, investments and management.

She spent 20+ years in the banking industry, including 10 years as a Chairperson of the Board at Baltic International Bank, presently continuing at the Supervisory board. She actively engaged in deep-tech, managing investment, supporting science commercialization and helping new enterprises to bring value. She is also a part of the Commercialization Reactor’s team.
